Get the BioTech 50,000 IUs. Take one every day. I want to know how many protein and carb grams you are eating every day. For this you must log everything into FitDay or MyFitnessPal or one of those. You need a full iron panel. Google it.

Just because they are not soft gels, that does not make them a DRY vitamin. A,D, E, and K are all naturally oil soluble.
You need to take these vitamins in a form that has been processed to be water soluble. Otherwise you are not absorbing 80% of them.
I saw no indication on either the Solaray or the Nu-Capsules that they were a dry formulation. Stick with the Bio-Tech D3.
When people find that they need less D, they simply take it every other day, once a week, whatever works. I don't recall one comment on this board from people complaining that they couldn't make the 50kiu work for them.

They're both the same and are the correct form of D you should be taking.

It depends upon what you eat. Avoid gas inducing foods.

hello,
Thanks for all the posts.
A quick update: around 2 years back I become lactose intolerant. I stopped drinking milk and my terrible gas has stopped. My bed smells normal now, poop is also less smelly (but still stinky!). I have soy milk instead of dairy milk in my protein shakes. I still eat yogurt and cheese almost everyday which contributes to my protein intake - somehow I can tolerate them. Now I only fart if I've eaten some potatoes - which is once in a while.
Thanks.

70 grams of protein a day is woefully inadequate for you. Listen to NYB. Seriously. 70 grams?? That's about what we aim for at maybe 6-8 weeks out from our DS surgery. NOT YEARS.
