I feel a bit numb really. BCBS approved RNY to DS revision. Claim has now been submitted to secondary for approval. So I guess this is really going to happen. Happy and terrified at the same time.

Secodary approved too. Tricare Standard. I have asked my Dr's billing department to get it in writting as I have been hearing Tricare has a one time limit even if they were not part of the first surgery...which they were not...

I'm in TN, looking to have mine at the local (possibly private, grief I'm green at this TN stuff!!) hospital here, called Tennova, which I've got to get a tour setup with them. I had my gallbladder out at a different hospital, Parkwest (where I was sooooooo impressed with their nursing staff, I have never felt so taken care of in a hospital, and I've been in different hospitals many many times), so I was a little nervous that my doctor changed his partnership, but I still feel pretty confident . I think most of the nervousness is just from being new to the area!

Dorre, My husband was in the Military and we moved a couple of times (CA to HI then back to CA) I met him towrds the end of this career. It was always hard getting the lay of the land in a new place. We have been in the Bay area for 13 years but San Diego will alway be home. Good luck to you I am sure you will settle in in no time. Whit
