Piggybacking off another post... If you can lose at least 50% of your excess body weight and keep it off, you are a success. Divide the amount of weight you've lost by the amount you needed to lose to be at a healthy BMI. You've probably done a lot better than you think.

I am... But then as always - Healthy BMI - is debatable...
Lets talk fat body fat %.. Based on that - I do great...

Keeping it off is the key. There's a huge difference between getting it off and keeping it off. I always find it so sad to see bandsters be "successful"..........only to regain once the band problems start. :-(
