I know I need to be thinking in percentages. But losing only 8 pounds in a month shocked me. Oddly, I went down a size and a half in that period. I'm now 200 exactly, down 118 pounds! About to be in onederland! Time to suck it up, track more, focus on my choices and get ready to fight the good fight. 35 pounds to goal. So I've done well Wow what a ride.

Nothing to sneeze at! The closer you get, generally the slower it comes off. I was happy to lose 8lbs a month, this month- won't even be close! But.. I'm still losing, and that's the whole reason for this..

You're right my focus has been on the losing more than on the volume of losing. Need to stay with that. So glad it keeps moving down even now.

Across my entire WL period, I averaged 10 lbs a month, but that was based on some very impressive numbers in the early months, and less-so the more I lost. Sounds like you're right where you should be. Congratulations on a really great job!

In my my weight loss journey. I would lose. Stall. Then drop a size. So I learned not to depend on the number on the scale. You are doing great!
