Hi all I will be 19 months post-opt next week, but just had my 18 months post op labs drawn. Why aren't you on the vitalady regimen? I made changes based on my 1 year labs and I made changes again before having surgery on Dec. 10th the GYN had me stop all vites a week before surgery. I went back on everything including 4 doze of calcium citrate on Dec 12th. Landed in the ER on Dec. 20th stay for 4 days, went back Jan 2 another 4 day. the GI had me stop all calcuim. Now he has me off everything except D and the two antibiotics Cipro and flagyl.

Are you taking anything for you iron or do you go until you need a transfusion/infusion?? I would consider moving at least on of the vitamin A doses to be with your Zinc at the end of the day. You're not in any trouble there but if it works better you could then consider cutting back. Otherwise nothing jumps out at me although it is a heck of a busy schedule.
Here is hoping the double bang from the cipro and flagyl kill off the bad stuff going on.

Not much to help you with while your doctor has you off all vitamins except D.
Once you are cleared to take them again, go back to the full Vitalady regimen and have your labs drawn again in 90 days.
You have been off of them so much recently and your body has been very stressed. You need to start from scratch with the full regimen and adjust from there based on your 90 day labs. You need an accurate reading based on consistently taking them in the normal manner.
Your labs from Jan. 2 will not give you an accurate picture because you were off your vitamins so much in December.

Did the same doctor prescribe both to be taken at the same time? I hope you are taking a probiotic.

How many grams of protein are you getting? I try to get 150g a day, but I struggle with eating a lot. Unless I am having a bottomless pit day I usually get about 110 to 130g a day.
