I was at the VA today for a shot and weighed myself. I haven't gained an ounce just holding my own 144.6. I am really disappointed. Haven't weighed for at least a week and a half.

Also I asked Dr.Trotter whom I know you don't think much of what else I could do short of revision, and he told me I not only have to get the protein but I need to get calories. He said the creon although being time release could be sprinkled on my food and I should get hold of a physician at the University of Washington who is familiar with billeopancreatic bypasses. He also said to take whatever Vitamin d I need to get it into the normal levels. Iam taking 50000 IU gel caps and 50000iU dry per day.

That's why I keeptelling you to increase your carbs. To get more absorbable carbs in.
