CVS and Walgreen's have these BOGO. Is one better than the other as far as absorption? Terry

Not likely, UNLESS one is in an oil base. Only get dry vitamins. Most multis are a dry caplet type of pill.
I just compare the supplement list to Centrum. Like, I actually stand in the store with a bottle of centrum, and just hold it next to any vitamin I'm thinking of, and compare that it has all the same stuff as Centrum. The amounts may vary a bit, but just need to have the same basic stuff. On most supplements, things are listed in the same order, so it's easy to just put a finger on each lable, and zip down the list.
You can look up any vitamin you are considering on line as well, and get the label info there too.
Andrea U, whom I have not seen over on OH for a long time, but has Vitagarden, used to have some comparison charts of some vitamins, but it was just a few of the most common brands, and some of the worst, because she was trying to make the point that things like Flintstones or gummy vites for children were inadequate for our, or any adults needs.

I am still pre-op but I have taken vitamins and supplements for years. I have used both brands and I have never noticed a difference in the quality of the product.

Thanks for the help. I know no oil based but have been told some of the brands disolve faster so is better absorbed than others and didn't know if either of these were better than the other. Terry
