I find that if I'm really full, and I suck on a breath mint, I invariably get the slimes, and then vomit. It doesn't happen with non-mints, such as Werthers. Anyone have similar experience?

I'm just the opposite - I tend to suck on one after eating and it helps me feel "settled" ... Sorry to hear you're experiencing that!

I have always found peppermint to be soothing to my stomach. Peppermint tea, peppermint sugar free gum. I LOVE Werther's caramel coffee sugar free candy! The Dollar Tree has them now for $1.00/bag, priced at $1.98 at Walmart.
