Please post names and locations here, and if you can give ballpark prices, that would be lovely . My much loved Dr. Peters has unfortunately had to leave the practice of surgery due to illness *sniffle*. His cash price for the DS hovered under $20K for a straightforward procedure and up to four nights in the hospital. While he fees didn't change for complications or extended stays, other expenses would have occurred had that been the case.

EN, mine is not a vetted DS surgeon but has done well over 100 to my knowledge (can't say the same for his partner tho)
Dr. Stephen Boyce Knoxville, TN
The 1 year follow up is $3000 program fee for those of us with insurance.

Dr. Steven Simper @ Rocky Mountain Associated Physicians in Salt Lake City, UT, is approx 25k. They also only require a program fee of $500, which most surgeons ask for approx 3k to 5k. So that is actually pretty dang cheap. Only downfall is he is not a vetted for revisions but is a vetted DS surgeon.

Six years ago, Dr. Rita Anderson offered a $40k package through the hospital, which covered 6 mos of after-care regardless of any complications that arose as a result of the surgery.
Nowadays, I'm not even sure if she's doing the DS at all.
