So I ran out of Magnesium and it's been about a week before I could get to the store to buy some more. Anyway, I have developed a strange feeling (not really a pain but I'm very aware of it) running down the outside of my right leg. Has anyone else had this happen?
Also, I have noticed that sometimes I don't seem to absorb as much of the vitamins I take as I do at other times. And I say this based on the color of my urine.
Just wondering if I'm the only one who is noticing these things.

I only have a thought on the colored pee part.
Only some vitamins, I think in the b family, affect the color of your pee. My b-comp makes it very yellow. I take mine in batches, and unless there are b-vites, there isn't much color difference.
No idea on the leg pain part, but hopefully someone with a clue will come along soon.

But if the cramps developed that quickly after you stopped taking it, you may need to take more.

Thank you for the reply. It wasn't really a pain it was just something that I could definately feel. It also tended to feel cold. It was strange.

Have you been exercising a lot? My trainer said runners get pains along the outside side of the thigh. I had them too, from fast walking a few miles a day at the gym. She rolled the side with a firm tube, where there was a slight painful bulge. Call your doctor, may be something completely different, can't hurt to ask. ;-)

Not a bit! But I intend to get a Kinetic this year. I think it will be a lot more fun than traditional exercise and I would be more likely to keep up with it.
