I am having revision surgery from Vertical sleeve to full D'S .
My stomach was shrunk pretty good after sleeve surgery, but it seemed that it kept stretching to the point of where I am now, about 60 to 80 percent just a guess on my part.
So if the stomach is re sleeved during D'S revision surgery, does the stomach ever stop stretching or slow down stretching? Or will it just stop stretching and pop like a balloon?

Um, no, it will not pop. Stomach tissue stretches. Chances are you're going to have to work harder at portion control than some other people do.
Are you intending to get your stomach redone along with the intestinal surgery?

I may have the stomach redone . The doctor will do so type of test to determine if that is needed.
I was being silly about asking about the possibility of it popping.
I am hoping that it would at least slow the rate of stretching after a second re sleeve.

Someone else probably mentioned this in your other thread, but the surgeon you have chosen for your revision is a complete unknown to us. Revisions are extremely complex and need to be done by a real expert in a good, fully equipped hospital so that any complications can be addressed instantly. What can you tell us about the surgeon you have chosen and the facility he uses?
