Our Christmas Eve tradition is that everyone gets new pajamas. I buy them for kids and hubby, and hubby gets mine. I opened mine tonight, and was quite deflated when I saw they were a Large. So much for new jammies for me to wear Christmas morning. Those would never fit!
My daughter talked me into trying them on. I'm glad I did! They fit! And not even snugly, but just right!
I haven't worn a Large anything for many, many years....

w000h00000 for the great new pj's!!!!! I have a sneaky one too! While in the mall on Xmas Eve, I got over-warm and had to take my hoodie off. Normally, I'd have to schlep the coat around or I'd keep it on to free up my hands for shopping or holding bags. I was able to tie the arms around my waist and walk around like that!!! O.M.G. That tickled me to no end. Here's to Christmas Eve NSVs *toast* Hugs, Ratkity

Isn't that great! I am just 3 months out and was wearing a 4X shirt. My son got a 2X for Christmas and I told him how much that I liked that shirt! They talked me into trying it on, it fit but was tight and I had not been in a 2X for YEARS! I was shocked! Everyone told me that they can tell that have lost a lot of weight but I do not see it that much...........

Congrats!
That's a big milestone. The first time I wore a Large anything, I felt so….normal….so not the fat girl anymore.

That's so awesome! My DH bought me an outfit that I saw in a store & told him about. He bought me the XL jacket but a L skirt. I always wear a larger size on the bottom. Well, not this time! The L skirt fit! Hooray!!! Just wanted to let you know that I know where you're coming from. Congratulations!

Yay! Isn't that nice?
A word of caution. Wear them every night. Heck, wear 'em all day too if you can, because they are only going to fit for a short while.
I always feel bad getting rid of something I really liked, or that was a gift, when I only got to wear it a time or two. That happens a lot as you lose, so get as much mileage out of things as you can.
