I know it's hormones but I'm actually bitchy as hell. Sooooo, my wheaties are a piss free zone LOL Any coping skills when everyone you talk to or interact with is perceived as a total ass? I just keep thinking of quote " Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar"... me

I get worse on the bitchy scale if I eat anything with sugar.
I have a very public job, and I deal with a lot of people. I have to hold back from treating them like the assholes they are, lol. I just try to keep a lid on it, and laugh about it online, privately.

I haven't had any sugars. It's either hormones from weight loss or I still have an ovarian cyst and it might be adding to my hormone issues. I have to wait another 6 weeks for yet another ultrasound I've found it hilarious that no one responded to this post...I've had my own private chuckle heheheh This too shall pass but it's hell right now. me

I'm almost 2 years out and just had another nice weight drop after a plateau. O.M.G. Hormones out of nowhere!!! I didn't lose that much in the scheme of things. I think I went down 8 lbs in a month. I think I must have super concentrated hormones stored in my fat LOL. I go from extremely horny to bitchy in seconds flat. Good thing I live alone!!
Hang in there. It gets better. Here is some stress relief I got from another one of my websites:
Stress Relief:
Picture yourself near a stream.
Birds are softly chirping in the crisp cool mountain air.
Nothing can bother you here. No one knows this secret place.
You are in total seclusion from that place called "the world".
The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
The water is clear.
You can easily make out the face of the person whose head you're holding under the water.
Look. It's the person who caused you all this stress in the first place.
What a pleasant surprise. You let them up... just for a quick breath... then plop!...back under they go...
You allow yourself as many deep breaths as you want.
There now . . . feeling better?
hehe
Hugs, Ratkity
