So, I seldom drink, and really don't encourage it especially if you are not in maintenance DS, but in my internet travels I came upon this site that sells SF cocktail mixes and just thought I would pass it along in case it's useful to someone. I may have to get a margarita one for the summer months www.bajabob.com/

If you marinate chicken (wings was the original recipe I saw) in that SF margarita mix and then bake and grill YUM! Pork also! I did pork in it, and cut up, put marinade in pot, added rotel and frozen stirfry vegs for a sweet N spicy pork soup sort of thing. I get my SF margarita mix from WM. Also, netrition sells one that Da Vinci has put out. www6.netrition.com/davinci_skinnilicious_mixers.htmlMy fave mocktail is lime sweet fuzzy water, with rum flavoring, extra lime, and mint smashed up for a Fauxjito!

Thanks for the link! I rarely indulge.. couple times a month or so.. but when I do I have a small glass of wine or non-sugared beverage, or just an oz of bourbon over ice.. sad/glad thing is #1 I like making my cocktails from scratch so many of my favs are rarely made as they contain things like Cointreau or that sort (sad), #2 since I'm smaller and not a regular drinker anymore, it usually only takes one and I'm happy (glad).

I loooove my margaritas I've tried Davinci, but not this one, but it was really good. And instead as an alternative, I'll order a tequila with lime and club soda instead. But of course, won't be doing any of that - or wine - for a long while :-) Thanks for sharing the site.

Speaking of WM, if you buy Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and mix it with WM's SF Key Lime sparkling water...it is to DIE FOR.

I dont drink much but in the FL summer heat I do like frozen drinks sometimes and one thing I use for frozen drinks is the "Slushy Magic"
Its like $15, you put the reusable "magic ice cubes" in the freezer and then when you want a slushie type frozen drink, you just put your liquid in the cup with the cubes and shake for about a minute and it turns into a slush like consistency. If Im using alcohol, I put the mixer/liquid in there and shake it a little longer making it firmer, then when I add the alcohol and give it a little stir, its the perfect consistency.
I do this with crystal light sometimes too since my 7-11 rarely has crystal light slushies anymore. It also has a pressure release button for doing carbonated beverages. I wonder if it would work on protein shakes or make them taste any better?

That Slushy Magic sounds interesting. Do you remember where you bought it? I really like the Crystal Light slurpee idea.

I'll have to check out the slushie magic thing too. Crystal light slurpees are hit or miss here too. A damn shame too

Angela, for protein shakes, I tend to freeze diet soda cubes (my fave is diet cream soda), or sweetened tea cubes (Zinger teas are good with vanilla protein) and use them to grind up in my shake. This adds some nice flavor and it also doesn't dilute the DEELICIOUS protein shake :} with water.
also I used to use the carbmaster yogurt. Or pumpkin! :} But I digress. As usual.
