Good to see some of you over the weekend. I'm always wondering how people do, if they find weekends more challenging in terms of food without the weekday structure. Thanks to the peeps here, and the now-infamous 'other post' stomach is doing better today. Sunday Meal 1 - small piece of lo-carb tortilla, ham Meal 2 - protein shake, 1 tsp peanutbutter Meal 3 - ham 'n cheese pizza - rest of lo-carb tortilla with deli ham, shredded part-skim mozzarella, sauteed in olive oil Meal 4 - protein shake, 1 tsp peanutbutter Meal 5 - 1 hb egg, 6 turkey sausage links, quesedilla - 1/2 lo-carb tortilla, shredded part-skim mozzarella, sauteed in olive oil Monday Change of plan... Meal 1 - Go lean Kashi Crunch, almond milk Meal 2 - Protein shake, tsp peanutbutter Meal 3 - 4 turkey sausage links, 1/4 c cottage cheese, 5 soy-flaxseed tortilla chips Meal 4 - Deli roast beef with beef gravy, melted skim mozzarella Meal 5 - Protein shake, tsp peanutbutter

I miss oatmeal, did not agree with me, sat like a rock. I'm hoping that changes later! Your honey mustard sauce with greek yogurt sounds delish.

Yummy Hot Pepper Cheeseburger and Coleslaw for Dinner. No bun naturally.
Had Tuscan soup for Lunch.
Breakfast was Corned Beef with 2 sunny side up eggs on top.
Protein bar for a snack and some cheese.

Tonight I am taking it easy. Costco roast chicken, Brussels sprouts steamed with some bacon drippings and for dessert, a new Costco item- Frozen Greek yogurt bars. (12 carbs, 6 protein, unfortunately 0% fat) Haven't tried it yet.

Inge - I'm intrigued, what is a Hot Pepper Cheeseburger and Tuscan soup, both sound yummy! Gail - Costco roast chicken is the best. Frozen greek yogurt bars? Will be curious to know how those taste.
sscopely2 - cocoa dusted almonds, YUM!
