Early out I noticed the days I had excessive bowel movements were the days I was actively losing weight (sometimes upwards of 20 a day on the high end). When the bowel movements slowed, so did the weight loss. All that fat has to exit somehow. Just limit your carbs, add fiber, meet or exceed your protein goals, supplement adequately, and enjoy the ride!

Honeybadger, I'm glad you aren't suffering from public poo phobia. I have the same kind of system and it works wonders!

Honeybadger, I'm glad you aren't suffering from public poo phobia. I have the same kind of system and it works wonders! Ive actually given all my really close friends that im with a lot the briefing on my bowels. On Saturday i had to poo in a very nice port-a-potty while my friend stood outside and heard it all! Nope, so over the embarrassment:) haha

I have poo envy: 5 years post op, don't poop, never pooped even first out, pre-op used to go 2-3 times a day, now lucky to go once a week, Nothing makes me poop except my suppositories.
