I use My Fitness Pal. It has a large database of foods and you can tailor % to your specific needs. You can also log exercise there as well. My username is clpeltz if you need a friend over there. I need to get back on the horse and start logging on a regular basis again!

Many people use MyFitness Pal and swear by it. I hate having to enter my food in...but I bet it is really helpful. You have me thinking...

What I like about myfitnesspal, is you can reuse old meals; you don’t have to look up something over and over again. I have a tendency to eat the same things frequently.

I love my fitness pal. though over the christmas break I didn't do a great job of logging anything. Now it's hard to get back in the habit. It helps keep you honest though. You see exactly what your eating all in one place. When I don't log, I tend to think I am doing better than I really am. When I start logging I see that those pesky carbs have snuck in more than I thought. And I didn't eat as much protein as I thought.
