Everything is full fat now. Though I do use half-n-half and not heavy whipping cream. But butter is now your friend and everything is better with butter. Also I do cheese, all kinds, cuts and flavors. But my main snack is a rotisserie chicken bought on the weekend and my husband rips it up and it goes in a large Tupperware bowl and I snack on that all week. Also meatballs, its easy for me to throw a couple of meatballs in the microwave and add a tablespoon of sauce and I am happy.

Yummy ultra fatty treat stuff: Clotted cream and/or Devonshire double cream. Eat on some kind of conveyance (this is something I reserve for some really fancy artisan bread, so I have no other suggestions for that part) with some orange marmelade. MMMMMM. En you're the devil herself. I make some kick-ass scones that BEG for clotted cream but it's tough to find it a reasonable price. Dangit.

Also on my full-fat list: full fat sour cream full fat greek yogurt full fat deli cheeses BACON (of course!) Cuts of dark meat chicken Pork belly Chicken feet (yes, chicken feet.. very fatty and gelatinous, makes excellent soup stocks and a great dim sum dish) Kovbasa Veal hot dogs Short ribs Gruyere Danish Blue Emmentaler Muenster Cheese Cream Cheese Ricotta cheese Avocado Italian sausages Breakfast sausages Olive oil Virgin coconut oil- unprocessed Marrow Bones Whole milk Duck eggs (occasional treat) DUCK!!! OMG so fatty and yummy
