Hey Guys, So today I am having low carb wrap for lunch stuffed with cheese and deli meat and for dinner tonight I am having a super meat heavy ground beef/hot italian sausage spaghetti sauce with some dreamfields and a ton of shredded cheese.
What are you all having??

Lately, Ive fallen back on one of my addictions. Had it for breakfast and can't wait to have it for lunch. I do this, eat something over and over and over and then can't have it for a few months.
Anyway, it's 8 oz. cottage cheese, with diced tomatoes, diced onions and 3 strips of microwave bacon, broken into small pieces. Salt, pepper and garlic salt and it's delish!!! 320 calories with 25 grams of protein, so filling and I crave it!!
Dinner is already in the crockpot, Beer-Bean-Beef-Chili, over rice, the rice I'll make later - sliced cucumbers/tomatoes and carrots. Husband and I both love rabbit food.

I do that with foods too - eat it and eat it, then get sick of it lol A Psychiatrist friend of mine told me that is an indicator of a compulsive/addictive type of personality- I was like, er Duh!! I ate myself to nearly 300 pounds WITHOUT a compulsive/addictive personality ?? Too funny! Sounds yummy though - I found about a year out from surgery, that now I dont have to eat the non fat cottage cheese cos I'm on a "diet", I actually quite like it !!lol Yorkie xx

Not sure what I am going to be eating today. Prolly start with some yogurt and lunch meet. Then I have plans to make a roast in the slow cooker, then maybe just maybe some papa murphy's. With a protein shake as a snack. Still pre op, but trying to be good with adding protein where ever I can.

I'm 5 weeks out as of tomorrow, so my meals are more functional than interesting :-)
Breakfast was Go Lean Kashi Crunch, it's a good high protein/fiber cereal helps keep me regular and steady ;-) and will follow up soon with a scrambled egg with ham and (full fat) cheese.
Lunch will be soy chicken tenders (still introducing food) and (whole milk) cottage cheese
Dinner is my homemade turkey meatloaf; snack will be tomato soup pureed with tofu; supplementing protein with 50g bullets.

I am making smothered pork chops, with asparagus and rice (I won't eat the rice).
Terilynne that Cincinnati Chili sounds really good, can you post the recipe please.
