150g protein 40-50g carbs 64oz of water as much fat as you want take your vitamins You keep asking for different answers but that's what it is. Stop worrying about calories, percentages "fat level high" whatever that means, eating too much. Log your food into fit day or one of those types of things. It will calculate the grams for you. Just look at the above, stick to it, and that's all you have to worry about. Exactly. What she said. There's nothing more to it than that. Beautifully, succinctly put.

IMPOSSIBLE at 3 months out. Completely unrelated. You probably merely hit a stall. If you read DSFACTS or any of the ds postings on this site, you will see those are the normal progression of this surgery. IF you are consuming adequate amounts of protein (are you getting in at least 100 grams?) 30 g. of carbs will NOT make you stop losing weight at 3 months out. Like stated before, you merely were at a stall, which is simply your body's way of taking a breather and "catching up". If you lost weight every single moment of every day of every week, you'd weigh nothing at the end of a year.
