I want to know what are the precautions to take for Jet Lag. Can anyone tell me some good points to avoid jet lag ?

There are probably people who have more experience than I but I was taught to try adjusting my sleep schedule by holding off until it is regular local bedtime. It can be exhausting because you might be up for 18 or 20 hours depending on where you are traveling, but seemed to help me.
