I've been wondering why this VSG board is pretty slow, and it dawned on me that everyone here is too smart! Without the frequent newbie questions, we're all just happily chugging along, and there's not too much to discuss. I'm not gonna lie - I don't miss the redundant or eye-roll-triggering questions, but I also wish we were a little more active. Maybe I'll start a few new threads about things like freaking out because I ate a full 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and obviously have no restriction, or that my weight loss stalled for two whole days so I'm obviously doomed to fail

'Tis very true. When I check back Over tHere, I can't stop rolling my eyes at the posts... (ps...how's the baby baking coming along?)

I may have to smite you if you do that I agree, most of us here have been out for a bit, and are past needing a lot of explaining.. but, we do have a few fresh-ops and pre-ops, who are likely absorbing info like a sponge right now, more than posting. I know when i was pre-op, I read everything, and posted little. It'll happen I believe.. but till then, maybe we should post more ramblings about our own experiences with whatever the subject du jour is.. like, restriction, early out.. how it felt, compared to now.. or weight loss patterns.. oh, wait, I think those two have been covered already

Very true. I did the same thing as a pre op. I read and read, but didn't really post. Now as a post op (although not all that far out), all my questions have been answered. I knew to expect stalls, I knew that cottage cheese isn't as dense as chicken and there were no freak outs. It's almost too easy!

I'm crossing my LEGS in the hopes that baby stays in until at least my due date, preferably even a bit later! I'm due March 27, and we're actually moving to a new house on March 24, and I don't get any time off from work before the birth, so...

Wow. That's some amazing timing. I hope your baby takes his or her sweet time!

Jill, I hope the move goes easily: sounds like a lot of stress for someone about to give birth!!
