I have lost 26 lbs as of this morning. I have lost four inches around my waist, an inch off my thigh, and three inches off my hips. I am eating "normally," where normal means protein first and tiny amounts. I found a few protein drinks I like (Syntrax lemonade and chocolate truffle) and I get about 50g of protein a day. I found a multivitamin I can tolerate without nausea.
All in all I think pretty good for four weeks! ;D
