I'm headed there tomorrow. Is there anything fabulous that I should check out as a post op? I think I saw someone mention some crab cakes.

The premier protein shakes are pretty good, they have 30 g of protein and only 1 g of sugar.

Salmon burgers in the freezer section... 12 to a package, around $15.97. Absolutely yummy and quick to fix. My daughter would eat 3 a day if I'd let her.

Fage yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, cooked chicken breast strips in 2-lb packages (great for my white chili, for chicken salad, and I bought some Tikka Masala sauce at World Market that I put on some the other day), maple flavored bacon, Amylu apple-and-gouda chicken sausages (i make a sausage-n-peppers thing with these, plus they're good just fried up with eggs for breakfast), giant jars of peanut butter for my flourless pb cookies, organic hamburger (this is 80/20 I think, so not exactly extra-lean, but that's OK by me).
Most of their fresh meats are in packages that are too large for me, I live alone, but I've been thinking of getting a pork butt and doing EN's hunk-o-critter method in the crockpot, or the roasted pork recipe that just showed up in the Recipes section on here. MAN that looks good! A little of the low-carb BBQ sauce (also on the Recipes board), freeze it up in single servings, and I'll be happily eating hunk-o-pork for weeks.

We don't have Costo, Sam's Club or BJ's is out choice. I like Sams chicken susages and their whole grain chips are awesome

I second the Premier protein shakes - they're my favorite RTD shakes by far (in chocolate - that's the only flavor I've ever seen in the stores here).
Also, their Queso Blanco (Mexican cheese for frying) is cheaper than even my local international markets.

Oh yes, how could I forget - Premier protein shakes. My Costco has both choc and vanilla, and I don't care for the vanilla. Eventually they're coming out with strawberry. A few months ago I sent away for a 2-container sample of the strawberry, and I thought it was pretty good. Been looking for it at Costco ever since, in vain so far.
And the queso cheese, of course! I fry about a half-slice in butter, tastes just like french toast.

yup, I found Joseph's sugar free maple syrup, and that's what I use too. I said half-slice above, I meant half-inch slice, LOL!

I found Lean Cuisine Thai Chicken Spring Rolls at Costco last time. Delish.
I also get the individual hummus cups, 16 cups to a box. Love hummus.

Most of their fresh meats are in packages that are too large for me. A lot of their chicken products come in divided sealed packets, so you can just cut off one packet that might hold 2 chicken breasts for example, and keep the rest in the freezer. Hummus is a staple purchase for me at Costco. I buy the big tub because they have my favorite flavor (Sabra Pine Nut) and my kids love it too.

I second the Premier protein shakes - they're my favorite RTD shakes by far (in chocolate - that's the only flavor I've ever seen in the stores here). I've got to throw in a "Me too!" on the Premier Protein Shakes. I practically live on those things... in fact I am drinking a chocolate one right now. I get mine at Sam's Club.

Even though it's not high protein, I like their Garden Lites Roasted Veggie Souffle'. Low-cal, low-carb. I also like their Multi-grain coated Tilapia filet. About 1/2 the tilapia and 1/3 the souffle can fill me up.

If they have them, the Madras Lentils are really good. My MIL turned me onto them when we were in South Florida last month.

I have a Sams in my area. Heavy cream, heavy cream and more heavy cream for my coffee. In fact- my DH has forebode me from making coffee anymore, because I made it so strong to accommodate my cream fetish. Also, love trying the different cheeses. Oh, cannot come home without a rotisserie chicken.
