I am so glad I've read about this phenomenon online. It's been a few days of no loss after consistent dramatic loss. I think this must be three-week stall, since I'm a day or so short of three weeks.
Funny how I have read about it for years and yet I'm still vaguely worried at some level that this is the end! The mind is a tricky thing.

I worry every time I stall (and FWIW, it happens a lot).. my pattern is lose, hold, gain, hold, lose a lot.. wash & repeat. I knew it was my "normal" but the mind does like to play games despite your better knowledge. Just keep plugging along and as the wonderful Brandilynn says, look at it with the curiosity of an experiment of one, and you'll be fine.

although it's hard, try to stay off your scale. just pay attention to how your pants keep getting bigger...

3-week stall is normal. It sucks, but it will pass. 'just keep chuggin' along.

Ha! Forget the 3 week stall... Once I was 3 months out from surgery (both of them, actually) I started having 3 week stalls every month! As in, no weight loss at all for 3 weeks, and perhaps a *little* push upwards (never more than 5 lbs). Then, the week before my period, I lose 10-15 lbs in about 4 days, stay at that weight for 2 or 3 days, then go back up about 3 lbs. Rinse and repeat!
Moral of the story, your body will do some weird stuff now. Use a tracker, I like myfitnesspal, and eventually you'll start to recognize your pattern. Have fun!
