NuStevia brand stevia powder. This has a MUCH better taste than any other stevia I've had. Most of the stevia I never use because it tastes funky. This stuff is much better. I did have to mail-order it.

Silpat Non-Stick Baking MatThis has become one of my favorite tools. It quickly pays for itself because you don't have to use foil or parchment paper to line your baking pans. It also cuts down on the amount of grease you have to use.

Coconut oil: I do try to get it nice - X-virgin cold pressed organic. I also use the coconut oil spray - for non stick cooking - frying. I use coconut oil on so many things. It does lave a faint (or strong) smell if you cook it or add to foods, but I do love that. So does my BF. I bake with it - any cakes - cookies that ask for fat -or oil. I add that to some soups - that are made with virtually no fat (FF stock, veggies, almost FF chicken...and so on) I do not use much - but the fat enhances the flavor. I also use that on my hair, skin, on my cat... lol...
I think getting good quality organic coconut oil is important. Once you get it - open the jar- it is does not smell nice and sweet - (the fat is not sweet)... then it is not good...
BTW: even though I use a lot of it - normally 32 oz jar may last me 6+ months.
