I'm finishing a physician supervised weight loss over the last 6 months (really the last 18 but I moved and then didn't like the first doctor when I moved so changed.) and down 35 lbs (from initial starting weight of 380).
I'm about to start a three week pre-op diet largely consisting of protein shakes.
So I've done a lot of sampling and almost everything seems good to me (except Target's store brand powder oh my god was that disgusting) pretty much any chocolate flavor, haven't really been convinced of the fruity ones.
So I really just need to figure out which has the best price and still is low in sugar. Its really hard to easily get data to make a decision.
Does anyone know of a comparison site or just plain ol' recommendations?
I know I like Dymatize Elite (which is costly) and one of the MuscleTech ones.
