Hello:)
I'm buying Vitamin A - I usually go for the 10,000 IU Palmitate. This time I'm going for 25,000 IU. However it's made up of 10,000IU Palmitate and 15,000 IU beta-carotene. Can we absorb beta-carotene?

Ok, I just found the answer on the board- it should only be Palmitate. Damn have to return and get new one.

The beta carotene won't hurt you. You just won't absorb it.

I found another veggie vit A brand (Thorne Research) which is 25,000 iu Palmitate per capsule.
