Hello and welcome. I don't see your report. Could you try again, please?
First, make sure you are getting in plenty of water. Sip all day! Read these boards and you will learn a lot about your nutritional and vitamins needs.
For now, pay attention to the 30-60-90 rule: 30 grams of protein daily in 30 days, 60 in 60 days and 90 in 90 days. Most of the DS patients who frequent this site adhere to the Vitalady regimen. Check out their website: vitalady.com.
Who was your surgeon?

Before I say what I read, I certainly want to mention I'm not in the medical field but have read a few reports. Everything seemed very routine. They removed your gallbladder, performed the DS,and removed the portion of the stomach. I didn't see anything strange, no accidental nicking of any organ (my liver was nicked.) You do have some cysts in your right ovary which is making it oversized. I would personally keep an eye on that, though nothing may never happen. If you start having pain on that side, however, see your gynecologist. There are others on this board who are excellent with reading reports and giving medical feedback, I'm sure they will chime in when they log in (summer is slower than the colder months.) As Monica said, just keep sipping, walking, and making sure you follow the guidelines she told you to pay attention to.
The best of luck to you in your recovery, I think you are going to do great!
Feel better soon, Kelly
PS - Monica, click on the first line of her post surgical name whited out.pdf and you will see her report.

I, too, saw nothing unusual in your report. Do you have a question about a particular part of it? For your vitamins, click on this link and it will pull up the Vitamin Resources thread: weightlosssurgery.proboards.com/thread/9741/vitamin-resourcesStarting from the left it will give you links to 1.what vitamins you need to take, 2.where to get them, 3.what your lab ranges should be, and 4.a spreadsheet to track your labs. Clicking on the links will open a new window. To get back to where you were, just X it out. Since you are over 60 days out from your surgery, you should be getting in at least 60 grams of protein a day and steadily increasing that so you are at 90 grams a day by 90 days. Restrict your carbs to 50 grams a day and only eat them AFTER you have finished your protein. Welcome! I hope this helps!
