What do you do to address low levels of good cholesterol? Does exercise just automatically increase those levels? Anything else recommended?

Exercise definitely works for me. After three months of regular exercise, my good cholestorol is right in the middle of normal, and it has always been low. I am looking forward to seeing the results now that exercise is finally part of my normal life.

I've been told adding coconut oil to your diet will help. I just started adding a teaspoon with my morning tea so I don't have any personal proof.
