This has been an extremely rough year for me. I had a stillbirth 8 months ago and after researching the parathyroid...I have learned that this could have been the cause. Of course when I brought it up to endo she dismissed it. But in the next breath said that she had never in her 30 years of practice come across a pregnant woman with high pth. Jenn This breaks my heart. And makes me very angry. After seeing your pth, she dismissed it??!! Could any action be more incompetent, lazy, moronic? We will do all that we can to help you, Jenn.

I had high PTH and I turned it around in 3 months by upping K2 to 600mg and adding strontium. I did 6 batches of K2 with calcium.
Plus magnesium citrate in a 2:1 ratio, so that means if you have 600mg of calcium then you have 300mg of magnesium citrate with it.

You should also add boron 3mg.

Hi. Firstly I'm so sorry you lost your wee one. It is worse when you're dismissed knowing that your medical issues are being ignored. I would suggest you demand a thyroid/parathyroid ultrasound. You need to make sure you don't have a parathyroid tumor. My sister had her parathyroid out after getting diagnosis and is tickety boo! Your raised levels may simply be down to malabsorption but you cannot rule out other issues without proof. I hope you get this sorted.

You're all wonderful! Thank you so much.
I am going to try the K2. I already do take the magnesium with my calcium. I am willing to try anything to get this under control.
My family Dr is going to order an ultrasound of the parathyroid. She's extremely helpful and concerned. Unfortunately, it's the specialists that seem to be an issue.
And you're right when u say that mot every issue is caused by this surgery. It's seems like a really good excuse and an easy way out for Dr's who don't have answers.
