RKLC Great! Way better than the other day. That was why I hoped you would continue to post #'s. You are well on the way. Just a side note, when I tracked my ratio of fat was a lot higher. Generally almost 90% of my proteins. I was told to do what my bowels would let me tolerate. As weight loss goes it seems to have worked pretty well. But he'll with all that, these are now protein counts that WILL keep you healthy!
And bklyncrystal light instead of sweet and low in yogurt? I will let you know! Thanks for the heads up! Kenny
