Yeah, PGB the nuggets don't have enough protein pay off vs. carb count to make it to my 'frequent fliers' list, but it is soo nice to find that flavour again! I looove breakfast sausages, pork skins, crab/shrimp salad, pan seared scallops, crispy bacon, eggs fried in sausage fat- almost burnt on the outside and runny in the middle, hibachi style steak/shrimp, shrimp fajitas with no tortillas, just the guts mixed with a bit of guac, sour cream and sprinkle cheese and little nibbles like dannon's all natural vanilla yogurt and goat milk to soothe the tummy from time to time. If I get carb urges, a bite or two of what I want curbs the craving and I'm good to go! It's almost always never as good as it is in my head. But, I like that because I won't want it again. I can gulp fluids now. Which worries me, but I get really damn thirsty and it's a nice tool to have in my arsenal when it comes to getting more fluids in. Off to dip my sausage in runny egg yolk. Om nom nom!

Also, don't forget to dunk your morningstar's chik'n nuggets in LOTS of yummy full-fat ranch. The fat will be good for you. Yep yep. ETA: Sorry, just saw your response above. You are doing EXCELLENT with your variety of foods. That's amazing girl! Dare I say you are headed towards your post-op happy place? I sure hope so.

I've decided I'm going to take a break from updating this thread for a while and focus on getting better and increasing my activity level. I can eat, I can drink, I can take pills and go potty. So now is the time to start doing stuff and making a schedule for myself to fit all of those things in. Basically just gonna ease back into the land of the living! I'll update of course if anything major happens. Other than that, I was thinking about just updating on monthly weigh-ins and just giving y'all an overview of how my month has been. Time'll tell! Thanks again for the amazing support!

And yes, you update as is comfortable for you, and it's very popular to do that in month increments. We want to hear how you're doing and of course you know where we are when you have questions.
