I tend to create two meals that will have the same basic ingredients (meat, poultry) and split them at a point where I begin to add sauces and the like. It's easy to have 2 containers of sour cream and 2 types of butter or margarine.
When it comes to eggs I use regular eggs for me and Egg Beaters for the others. It's easy to make a quiche for them and a crustless quiche for me using the same add ins, I just put mine in a custard cup.
I also buy whole chickens and cut them up giving them the breasts, I get the thighs for dinner and the legs for lunch the next day.
Everyone eats tofu.
